ncWBFSTool
----------------------------------------------------------------

Description:
----------------------------------------------------------------
The goal of ncWBFSTool is to be a user friendly WBFS manager that is easy to use and has the best features available.
----------------------------------------------------------------

Requirements:
----------------------------------------------------------------
A compatible operating system (Windows XP ~ Windows 7)
.Net framework 2.0
----------------------------------------------------------------

Features:
----------------------------------------------------------------
A user friendly and easy to use interface.
Partition level drive support (notes below).
Format a partition to WBFS (protection against formatting the windows system drive).
Add games to a WBFS partition (ISO, CISO, and WBI file extensions supported).
Extract games from a WBFS partition to a PC hard drive (ISO, CISO, and WBI file extensions supported).
Remove games from a WBFS partition.
Copy games from a WBFS partition to another WBFS partition on the fly, drives with different sector sizes supported (notes below).
WBI file extension added, 100% identical to CISO format (notes below).
Uses a dll rather than an underlying command line application.
Progress reporting enhancements (more accurate).
No false positives from antivirus programs. =]
----------------------------------------------------------------

Planned features (To Do):
----------------------------------------------------------------
Add game title changing on a WBFS partition.
Add game title changing of a disc image (ISO, CISO, and WBI supported).
Add game ID changing on a WBFS partition.
Add game ID changing of a disc image (ISO, CISO, and WBI supported).
Add On the fly file conversion between ISO and CISO / WBI (no WBFS drive needed).
Reverse engineer the WBF file format (chinese WBFS compressed format)? (Or get my hands on some source code.)
Add game cover downloading (if there is enough requests for it).
Add useful debug output.
----------------------------------------------------------------

Other Info:
----------------------------------------------------------------
Click the nubecoder box icon or right-click the tray icon for access to the options menu, and the config window.
The config window allows you to enable or disable the skin mode, the always OnTop setting, and the tooltips.
Double-click the tray icon or select Hide from the options menu to minimize the program to the system tray.
Right-click a game list for extra selection options.
Once a game list has focus you can use the arrow keys to navigate and the spacebar to check or uncheck a checkbox.
I have chosen WBI to be the default extraction format (read the notes below).  If you prefer another format (ISO or CISO) simply change it in the Extract Games window (it will be saved in the config).
----------------------------------------------------------------

Partition level drive support details:
----------------------------------------------------------------
A drive letter does not need to be assigned to a partition to be detected.
A partition does not need to be formatted prior to being formatted to WBFS.
----------------------------------------------------------------

WBI file extension details:
----------------------------------------------------------------
More than a few people have stated that the CISO file extension is confusing.  The PSP's CISO file extension being noted as the biggest source of confusion.
I have therefore implemented the WBI file extension.
The WBI file format is 100% identical to the CISO format, unlike the chinese WBF format, I've only changed the extension as to avoid consufion.
CISO files and WBI files are interchangable, to change a WBI to a CISO or vise versa, simply change the file extension (rename the file).
----------------------------------------------------------------

Copy games (drives with different sector sizes) details:
----------------------------------------------------------------
The source code I used for this feature is supposed to support copying between drives with different sector sizes.
I have not been able to test this feature because all the drives I could test with have a sector size of 512.
I even tested my 512MB SD card.  If someone can confirm this feature is working, that would be great.
If someone can confirm that the progress reporting when copying between drives with different sector sizes is working as expected, that would be great as well.
----------------------------------------------------------------

Development Info:
----------------------------------------------------------------
Developed and tested on 32 bit Windows XP (SP3).
Tested on 64 bit Windows 7 (automatically requests admin rights).
----------------------------------------------------------------

Known Bugs:
----------------------------------------------------------------
None?
