A modified version of wLaunchELF with a few new features.
At the moment the two new features are:
- added text editor support to launch automatically .INI and .CFG files (like you can do with .TXT
- new timestamp manipulation feature, designed to prepare (or fix) a folder that will contain a fortuna icon file
