NOTE: The Eliteserien league replaces the PEU league and is incompatible with usual Bundesliga option files. There is no getting around this. If you have already installed a Bundesliga option file or another option file replacing the PEU league, you either need to reset to a "clean" PEU league before continuing, or you're on your own.
For PC, place the WEPES folder from the archive in Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2020
For PS4, find an USB stick and copy the WEPES folder to the USB stick. Insert it into your PS4.
