Final Fantasy XIII-2 para Xbox 360 filtrado

Desde hace unos minutos circula por la red la versión para Xbox 360 de Final Fantasy XIII-2. La release, del Team Complex, no es region free y parece que multi5, por lo que tendría el español incluido. En un rato lo confirmamos.
Recordemos que el juego se pone a la venta oficialmente el próximo viernes 3 de febrero.
Actualización: Efectivamente, tiene lo subtítulos en castellano (recordemos que este juego no viene doblado).

ModMii 5.5.1 para Wii

Xflak ha publicado la versión 5.5.1 de ModMii, su aplicación para Windows, continuación de Nus Auto Downloader, que nos permite descargar de forma totalmente automática todos nuestros archivos para una instalación Offline: IOS, System Menus, Canales, Mios, etc, para luego instalarlos con Dop-Mii, Pimp my Wii u otros programas.

- Fixed bug where ModMii would crash when using the ModMii Wizard if downloading WiiFlow.
- Fixed bug where you could not go return to the page prior to inputting your serial number when building an emulated nand for uneek2o or uneek2o+di (bug did not effect Abstinence Wizard).
- Reverted WiiFlow on ModMii's Download Page 2 back to r304 at FIX94's request. When his mod if WiiFlow is more stable it will be added back to ModMii as an autoupdating download.
- Abstinence Wizard added to ModMii's main menu. You can use this Wizard to prepare the necessary files to load NEEK on any Wii even if it has not been modifed. In short, to avoid voiding your warranty (or for other reasons) if you choose to abstain from softmodding your Wii, you can still play your games off a USB HDD by using the Abstinence Wizard.

El Cobra Team ha publicado la versión 4.00.01 de Multiman Cobra-USB Manager, una modificación del conocido cargador de juegos, adaptada a su dongle para PS3.

Andoma ha publicado la versión 3.4 de Showtime Mediaplayer, la aplicación para Playstation 3 con jailbreak que convierte a la consola de Sony en un mediacenter más que decente. Varios añadidos y muchos bugs corregidos.

True Blue Dongle Update 2.5

Acaba de ser publicada la versión 2.5 del firmware para True Blue, el dongle que está poniendo patas arriba la carga de copias en Playstation 3 desde hace unos meses. Esta nueva versión corrige algunos errores de compatibilidad con algunos juegos (requiere True Blue 3.55 CFW v2).

Filesonic se rinde y ya no deja compartir archivos

Tras el terremoto que supuso el cierre de Megaupload el pasado jueves, servicios similares no han esperado a que el FBI llame al timbre y están tomando las medidas oportunas para evitar verse en el pellejo de Kim Schmitz y compañía.
Es el caso de Filesonic, que, como podemos comprobar si accedemos a su web, ya no permite compartir con los demás los archivos que subamos, ya solo permite descargar lo que cada uno haya subido.
Otros servicios por ahora no han tomado medidas tan drásticas, pero si se han remangado y se han puesto a eliminar contenido con copyright de sus servidores, incluso a suspender cuentas que hayan subido algún contenido de este tipo, como es el caso de Fileserve o Uploadstation, entre otros.
Está claro que nos podemos ir olvidando de este tipo de servicios, por lo menos tal y como los conocemos.
Actualización: Fileserve sigue el camino de Filesonic y ya no permite compartir archivos. Uploaded.to bloquea las IP's de Estados Unidos, Filejungle está baneando a usuarios que han subido contenido con copyright y tanto Rapidshare como Mediafire están planeando bloquear todos sus links a contenidos protegidos y eliminar las descargas gratuitas dejando solo las premium.

Beta 2 de XBMC 11.0: Eden ya disponible

Se acaba de publicar la beta 2 de XBMC 11.0, de nombre en clave Eden. Numerosos errores presentes en la primera beta han sido corregidos: Problemas con los subtítulos, con el reproductor de DVD, los Blu-ray no cifrados, en el inicio de la versión de OSX, con Airplay, etc.
Esta beta está disponible para Windows y Mac desde aquí. Posiblemente desde la beta 3 también estarán disponibles las versiones para Linux. La lista de cambios de XBMC 11 con respecto al 10 se puede consultar aquí.

Absinthe: Jailbreak untethered a iPhone 4S y iPad 2

Se acaba de publicar la primera solución para realizar el jailbreak untethered al iPhone 4S y al iPad 2. Se trata de la aplicación Absinthe, del Chronic Dev Team, compatible con los firmwares 5.0 (9A334), 5.0.1 (9A405) y 5.0.1 (9A406) del iPhone 4S y el 5.0.1 (9A405) del iPad 2.

Showtime Mediaplayer Repack 3.3.390 para PS3

Red Squirrel sigue sacándole punta al Showtime Media Player de Andoma y ayer publicó la versión 3.3.390 de su Showtime Mediaplayer Repack, que aunque no toca nada del código fuente original, sus constantes actualizaciones con modificaciones lo hacen una opción muy a tener en cuenta para usar la PS3 como reproductor multimedia.
