findsecdata <rawfilename> [-ots] [-osc]
   <rawfilename> - full dump with ECC data
   [-ots] ommits timestamp checking in filetables
   [-rc x] shows maximum x recommended records
   [-vts]  shows time part of timestamp in filetables

- Search for all filetable entries.
- Extracts latest secdata.bin and filetable block.
- Extracts old valid secdata.bin (must have 1024 bytes and 3072 zeros, proper timestamp)
- Creates patched filetable block with timestamp of old secdata.bin
